I’m Louise, a qualified Canine Hoopers World and Canine Hoopers UK instructor. I share my life with five dogs and actively compete in obedience and rally. My two daughters also compete and have both qualified for Crufts 2026. So dog sports are very much a family affair.
I started teaching in 2021, after completing my AbsoluteDOGS Pro Dog Trainer and Geek qualifications. As a trainer, I never stop learning. I’m currently studying for a Diploma in Clinical Animal Behaviour (Canine), continuing to deepen my understanding so I can support dogs and their people with empathy.
ABOUT US

What is canine hoopers?
Canine Hoopers is a fast-growing dog sport that focuses on smooth, flowing courses and distance handling — without the physical strain of traditional agility.
Dogs run a course made up of hoops, barrels, tunnels and gates, while the handler stays in a defined handling area, guiding the dog using body language, verbal cues and directionals. There’s no jumping, tight turns or sharp stops, making it accessible, inclusive and hugely fun.
